Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolor Blocks offer a superior-quality surface for smooth, even washes. Each block includes 20 sheets of 140 lb (300 gsm) acid-free, archival quality paper. Sheets preserve the luster and transparency of colors while enhancing vibrancy without the use of optical brighteners. Made with 100% cotton fibers, blocks are gluebound and crafted in Italy on a traditional cylinder mould. They are internally and externally sized for optimal absorbency and durability strength.
Blocks are available in cold press, hot press, and rough finishes.
