Winsor & Newton Artisan Brushes have been specifically designed to have the performance and characteristics of hog bristle, yet maintain their spring and shape when in contact with water, especially during long painting sessions with water mixable colors. Ideal for water mixable oil color but can be used with oil, acrylic and alkyds. Can be washed with soap and water—no solvents required.
