Pigments are ground in and made in small batches. This gives total control over the paint. All materials are hand-measured, and every ounce of paint is scrutinized. This color is not recommended for underpainting or foundational layers within a painting, as the safflower oil binder takes longer to dry and produces a slightly weaker film.
