This paper accepts alcohol-based, water-based and solvent-based markers, as well as pen and ink and mechanical pencil. The paper’s smooth surface allows markers to glide easily for even, consistent layering of color and blending. No drag to insure even strokes as well as not chewing up the nibs on your markers. These heavyweight sheets are bleed and tear resistant and acid-free—for vibrant, lasting works of art. 400 Series Marker Papers are extremely smooth. Slightly smoother than the Bristol paper. No drag when laying down, ensures even strokes, nice clean lines, a nice even marker wash without showing individual marker strokes.
