Description
Smooth-On Mold Star 16 Fast is mixed 1A:1B by volume, with no need for a weighing scale. It has a relatively low viscosity, a six-minute pot life and a 30-minute cure time.This soft, strong rubber is tear-resistant, long-lasting, and exhibits very low long-term shrinkage. Vacuum degassing is not required for most applications. After curing, molds made with Mold Star 16 Fast are heat-resistant up to 450°F (232°C), suitable for casting low-temperature melt metal alloys. Please note that it’s not intended for brush-on mold making.
