The three pit blacks produced in-house from peach, grape, and cherry stones captivate with a cool blue undertone or warmer brown hues. The deep, noble black of shungite was prized by traditional icon painters already centuries ago. Transparent vine black provides a contrast to the rich iron oxide black – a true all-rounder for canvas as well as in the building trades. Spinel black impresses with unrivalled covering power and depth, and together with bone black and furnace black, it forms the foundation of the classic, neutral black tones.
