Matisse Polymer Varnishes offer versatility for acrylic artists: they can be mixed with paint to enhance flow and alter surface sheen or applied as a protective final varnish to artwork. When used as a varnish, they produce a permanent, flexible, non-yellowing, transparent film that preserves the vibrancy of colors while allowing artists to achieve their desired level of surface sheen. Fully intermixable, combine formulas for a semi-gloss or satin finish. An ideal substitute for PVA glues, these varnishes are also ideal when used as archival, non-yellowing adhesives.
