High concentrations of the same premium pigments and pure gum arabic as Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolors result in optimal density and opacity without whites or other fillers. 17 of the line’s 22 richly saturated colors are formulated with a single pigment for clean color mixtures, and every color in the range offers exceptional lightfastness.
Wonderful on both light and dark surfaces, these professional gouache colors allow for a full range of lifting and staining techniques. Apply colors as mass tone straight from the tube for rich, full-bodied solids with single brushstrokes or temper colors smoothly with water to create softer lines and hazy layers.
