Crescent Select Matboard offers conservation quality in an alpha-cellulose line
The 32×40″ boards are acid and lignin free, created with a 100% virgin alpha cellulose surface, core, and backing paper. The boards are buffered with calcium carbonate to an alkaline reserve of 3-5%.
Select Conservation Solids features a solid color core, as opposed to the standard white of the rest of the Select Conservation line. With Crescent Select Matboard, you will have conservation-quality matting at just a slight premium over standard mat boards from other companies, but ensure your artwork is matted for maximum artwork protection.
