Description
With inspiration from the rich folk art traditions of the Penn Dutch style, this Valentine came to life. And the bird! What a funny little fellow. If you want him to have an ‘S’ stroke top knot instead of a comb & wattle you can easily change that, but I loved his character (we could call him a birkin). Oh, goodness – just have fun!
The bentwood box is a shallow oval that is custom made for us. We really like these shallow bentwood boxes! 7.5″ x 5.25″ and about 1.75″ tall.
