Global Art Pastel Premier Sanded Paper is double primed and coated with aluminum oxide to produce the perfect surface for pastel and other dry media use. This double priming culminates in a unique type of 100 percent cotton paper that is archival quality and extremely durable. It is able to withstand up to 25 layers of pastel and scrubbing and reworking. It is not only ideal for pastels, but is also used by many artists with media such as oils, acrylics, colored pencil and even charcoal. Made in the U.S.A.
