The Molotow Blackliner Pen Set of 4 (Set 2) is made in Germany and has a water-based archival ink and are resistant to water and chemicals, too. Due to its ?Cap off? function the fineliners are protected from drying out for 90-180 minutes. These high-quality fineliners have a slip-proof, matt surface. Blackliner ink is permanent, wipe-proof to water and alcohol sketching and resistant to water and chemicals.
