Mineral Paper Art Boards are made with 100 lb (150 gsm) Mineral Paper, mounted to a hard backing board to provide a unique, sturdy substrate that will not stretch, tear, or warp. Excellent for silverpoint, alcohol ink painting, watercolor, acrylic, and more.

These Sturdy Boards Will Not Bend or Warp

• Includes a 5″ x 7″, 6″ x 8″, and 8″ x 10″ board
• 80% calcium carbonate bonded with HDPE (plastic)
• Can handle more abuse than a traditional board
• Smooth, vellum-like velvety texture
• Nice amount of tooth for wet media
• Not recommended for oil-based paints or oil pastels
