Description
Winsor & Newton Retouching Varnish Spray
This retouching varnish for oil paintings, can be used as a tool to bring up dull, flat areas while an oil painting is in progress, to bring it all to the same sheen. Used as a temporary protective varnish while the painting oxidizes, until final varnishing can be completed. Painting must be dry to the touch before applying.
