The Ambiance Presentation pre-Cut Mat Frames provide an acid-free, conservation-grade display for your fine art, prints, or photographs. Presentation Mat Frames work with fine art paper, heavier photo paper, and watercolor paper as thick as 140lb.
Each 4-ply (1.4mm) acid-free mat features a white bevel. We adhere strips of acid-free board between the mat and the backing board to create a frame pocket with one open edge, so it’s easy to slide a photo or drawing into the frame for convenient display.
Moisture resistant, acid-free leatherette protects the frame backing from wear and tear. The easel back allows for horizontal or vertical display. With a hang tab and an easel back option, you can hang your frame on the wall or display it on a table. Each mat comes packaged in a Krystal Seal® bag, which offers the safest acid-free environment for your artwork.
DuraLar Clear sheets are a perfect addition to protect your artwork.Sheets can be cut to size and slid into the mat frame to create a protective window over your artwork. We suggest the 25-sheet DuraLar pads because one pad can make up to 50 windows.
