Designed for use with Matisse Flow and Matisse Structure Acrylic Paints, these versatile, professional-grade mediums have been specially selected to give acrylic artists maximum creative flexibility across a range of acrylic techniques.
This set includes one 75 ml (2.5 oz) tube each of: MM2 Impasto Medium, a full-bodied texture paste and modeling compound; MM3 Surface Tension Breaker, a dispersant that is used to break down the surface tension of acrylic paints for enhanced flow; MM4 Gel Medium, a clear transparent color extender that allows for thick layering and dries to a gloss finish; MM7 Polymer Gloss Varnish, a versatile water-based acrylic varnish, also used for glazing; and MM31 Open Medium, which extends the working time of acrylics without affecting consistency, allowing artists to experiment with softening, shading, or blending techniques.
