Quality control carefully inspects the canvas by hand for faults and removes any abnormally thick threads.Claessens unprimed linen canvases are free of treatments, glues, sizings, and priming. They come ready for the professional artist to custom treat the linen according to their needs.
The finished canvases are then again carefully inspected one last time before they are place on rolls and stocked in the warehouse. There, the rolls are put into boxes or tubes for shipping. These stringent, painstaking steps create an archival, exceptional linen canvas worthy of your finest masterpiece!
